Shipments and Returns
Your Pack Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 to 96 working hours from the moment the delivery date was set when formalizing the order, and once the payment for the order has been made and the proof of payment received1. There are no deliveries by the agency on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays2. For the Balearic Islands, this delivery period may extend to 120 working hours3.
The transport cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. If you are registered with your account, the transport price for your shipping address will appear in the shopping cart. The order will be delivered to the address designated by the client at the time of contracting. Subsequent modification of the delivery location requested by the client may generate additional costs on the sale price, which will be borne by the buyer. The merchandise is delivered to the client by a transport company, along with a delivery note that identifies the client, the order, and the number of packages in the shipment. The merchandise is covered at all times against risks of transport, loss, and handling
If the client verifies errors in the received merchandise or that it is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, they must record these circumstances on the carrier's delivery note and inform Cervezas Store of these facts within 2 working days in writing or by e-mail to contacto@cervezas.store through the customer service published on its website or at the company's registered address. In any case, the client must verify that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition. Claims made more than 2 working days after delivery will not be accepted.
Merchandise that could not be delivered within 120 hours or 5 working days from its departure from Cervezas Store's facilities due to reasons not attributable to the seller will be returned to Cervezas Store's, and the amounts paid will be refunded for prepaid orders.
Returns
Cervezas Store accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted.
The product condition for returns must be new only and the return window is 30 days.
Returns can be processed by mail or in-store. A free return label is available for download and print and there are no restocking fees. The refund processing time is 7 days.
In accordance with Article 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish law), the client has the right to withdraw from the requested order within fourteen days of its receipt. This requires prior communication to Cervezas Store within that period to establish the appropriate return channels (return number, and method and address of delivery for the return shipment). Only the price of the product paid by the client will be refunded. If this right of withdrawal is exercised, the return costs and any damage suffered by the product or merchandise will be borne by the client.
Returns will not be accepted in cases of use, broken seals, or opened product containers. Return costs will be deducted from the product price at the time of money refund. It will not be possible to process returns or merchandise exchanges at our registered address. Cervezas Store will not accept returns for products manipulated by the client, or merchandise that is returned incomplete in either its main or accessory elements. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the indicated period for products that by their nature cannot be returned. Nor will withdrawal apply to merchandise or orders that can be considered custom-made to the client's request due to their special characteristics.
Pursuant to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the following are exempt from return:
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
For instructions on sending products for return, it is necessary that smaller products are protected by external packaging (as received) to avoid any damage or manipulation of the original product packaging during transport. For larger products, external packaging protecting the original is not essential, but it is important to ensure the product is properly protected inside the original box with its designated protections (corks, polystyrene, bubble wrap, etc.) and to avoid any manipulation.
